Client reporting system
We support our comprehensive customer care strategy through continual investment in the latest information technology systems. It is essential to keep our customers fully informed and up to date for each of the vehicles we supply. Each customer is given the option to receive a range of reports.
These are scheduled to be emailed automatically to a chosen list of recipients in either Excel or PDF formats. Your reports offer bespoke information in areas such as vehicle history, service plans, MOT’S, vehicle specification, mileage, damage repairs and any downtime information.
Client document system
We have also invested in an approved digital data recording and imaging system. Secure sign in allows each customer to access their own vehicle fleet service and inspection records as well as MOT certificates, registration documents or Loler weight certificates.
Full audit trail
This advanced technology substantially reduces the need for the labour intensive and costly ‘paper chase’ and the need to retain the laborious paper based vehicle files. The system provides a complete audit trail of each document for the purposes of any DVSA fleet inspections being undertaken.
