Vehicles are registered on unique hire contracts allowing the customers on line access to their assets.Maintenance costs are recorded through the Workshop module providing in depth analysis of full historic operating costs of all the assets supplied by Seven.
Report-Net is a web-based Cognos application, allowing accessibility to all database information from any internet connection.
Reports covering any aspect of fleet management are available in a range of different formats from PDF to CSV, reporting on 'up to the minute' live information, whether it's a VOR status, service schedules or broader financial information.
The Result 'Control Centre' enables current order information to be viewed in consolidated form, providing a key management tool for monitoring contracts.
From this module new orders can be created, current orders amended or finished and drill downs can be performed to access finance details.
The Vehicle Enquiry screen is an example of a report which can be accessed via Report-Net. Giving details of a customer's vehicle fleet it provides real-time information across the internet.
